I'm guessing he's referring to his inventory. And a lot more detail of the exact problem will be required for any useful response to be formulated.

Try clicking and then reload the page. That's supposed to work in some browsers.

The best solution is, in case you haven't already, to start using Firefox.

In any case, you can always access your inventory by typing out the address in your browser.
