Awhile ago I had a custom image for my ship, a YT-1210 but the for whatever reason the custom image is no longer available. How do i revert back to the standard ship image for the YT-1210.

Send a darkness message to "Kyle Rainer" with the ID# of your ship (Viewed under "Show Stats", look at the top-left corner for the ID#)
