Well cosgrave.com is not an internet provider, is not a school and it is not a military.

So it must be a private domain, from the rules page: http://rules.swcombine.com/character/charactercreation/

“and if you own a private domain you must use admin@yourdomain.com or webmaster@yourdomain.com ”


So to answer your question, just use webmaster@cosgrave.com and it will be accepted.
