I tried to register, but I got an email that said the mods suspected me of multi-acounting becuase I have the same IP adress as antother user. Is there any way I can:

-Find out who has my IP and list them?
-Get an exception to this multi-accounting rule?
-Change my IP(Last Resort)

I am not sure who declined you, but it looks like cogeco.ca uses Proxies, just sign-up again and should be accepted. I will find out who is declining people without knowing which providers always have Proxies.
