Razo Solondo	Anyone know how to get credits back from a member who was banned? Here's the situation: I purchased a facility from someone who was selling it on the new GM. I sent the credits for it but did not receive the facility. After days of sending messages and emails I found out that the seller was banned for breaking the multi rules 2 days before I sent the credits. I didn't get a message saying that the person did not exist or was banned and the credits transfered anyway. Now I don't have my credits or the facility I purchased. Syn	I don't have a problem with it (and made a suggestion a few hours ago in the Suggestions forum to prevent players from accidentally sending assets to a banned account), but this does require an admin to verify and transfer the credits, so you'll need to wait for an admin response. Edit: To follow up, Veynom has just implemented this, so you should have no trouble receiving your credits back. If you don't receive an admin response here within another day or two, I'd suggest e-mailing assistants@swcombine.com and they should be able to help you. Razo Solondo	I'm a very patient person. I just want a response like: "We are looking into it" or "Sorry we can't help you" or "Once we deal with more important issues we wil look into it" But I'm not getting anything and I just want to know if they at least received my emails about the situation because I know emails get lost in the hustle and bustle of trying to read and answer hundreds of emails. After 49 days I should have at least gotten some kind of response. Its not crucial but 400,000 credits is important, at least to me it is. Stewie Vader owed me a Y-wing Longprobe for a 250.000 credit deal. The deal was in thr process of being completed (I trusted him enough not to use a Middleman) and about an hour afetr I sent my end, the Simnews thing about him being banne popped up.
