I was afraid that that would be the answer! However there has to be a table in the database that has that info. Is there any way to interact with it to produce that list?
If an admin approves giving them to you obviously they are stored in the DB.

What Raider said. You'd essentially have to test manually by having members go out to survey the sector, and determine at which coordinates it no longer says it's the same sector. We had people doing that for the entire Rachuk sector a while back and it worked out okay. ^_^ Just took a while.
I understand why the policy would be established due to limited resources ( people to create the query) but this would be information that should be avalible in character. the sector map is to small to walk the bounderies to make a list or I would do that. would it be accessable via web services using a client? I know that I an starting to get technical whit this question but I am searching fo a way to provide information to a faction that should be avalible in character. I am willing to dig for it if neccesary ( to the limits of my skills).
Sector is more of an intangible value than something that would be available In Character. Certainly they are lines on a map, but they apply more to systems than empty space. If flying in the middle of nowhere, it generally doesn't matter if you're in one sector or the next. If you need the exact values, then do as Syn said and go do a little scouting, figure it out. When you're talking about maps where a millimetre is probably thousands of miles, where does the 2mm thick line run through, exactly?
Don't be lazy.
The policy is not to give them out, so you won't be given them. End of story.
