Well If you have A/E pivledgeds you can arrest her and drag her out side then get back in and take off.

If she's in the entrance room of the ship, you can go up to her in Position and (under the travel screen) there should be a "kick" button when you scroll down to the list of people in the room.

Or if you arrested her, you can step outside, unarrest her, and kick her from your party.
