Eboda Raas	This is Eboda Raas the new Director of Kuat Drive Yards :) Im missing the datacard for the KDY v-150 Planet Defender. Also my Datacards inventory selector says I have 10 datatcards but there are only 9 showing on my screen.

Eboda Raas	Thanks Khan, There is however the question of the Data Cards. According to cannon Kuat Drive Yards is the maker of the KDY v-150 (that what the KDY stands for in the name) and we are missing data cards for ships that we are suppose to have like Nebulon-B Frigate, Star Destroyer, and Super Star Destroyer (yes we promise only to sell the last two to the GE). Also I would like to point out that the above and the Pursuer Enforcement Ship should only be produced by KDY. Can you assign the above datacards to KDY please and remove them from other factions. When I did my large ship/vehicle datacard handout it worked like this: If a ship design belonged to a government but was known to be produced by a producer then the producer would need to have permission from the government to get the card. The government would then give them the card when it was possible. KDY had a deal like this (along with the other producers in the same situation) but something happened and it was cancelled for some reason (both parties blaiming the other). The PES is a MandalMotors design. http://frankg.dgne.com/swsv/mm/ Can't recall exactly what Cam decided for the v-150. I believe it was to have stayed as is but KDY got a copy of the card. ____________ Kids these days!

Eboda Raas	Hey Guys, Ok on PES (I was confusing it with the A9) and thanks on the card for the KDY. I understand why you would restrict the SD & SSD even though govts are not really in the business of producing ships and should buy them from producers. I do think however the Nebulon-B Frigate needs to be looked at according to starwars.com (offical cannon) they calls it an escort ship http://www.starwars.com/databank/starship/escortfrigate/index.html This ship is used by the RA and is manufactured by KDY. So since KDY could use a large capacity ship I think we should be given the rights to this ship. This is not a warship and should not be restricted to govt use. Khan	what Toggy said. Neb-B falls into the same category as the SD's. A GE ship, that the RA only got their hands on by capturing (they don't have the datacard in SWC). It is a warship: Weapons: Heavy Lasers: 8 Turbolasers: 12 Tractor Beams: 4 Also holds (or will hold when ship stats are fixed) 2 squadrons of fighters. ____________ Kids these days!

Eboda Raas	Thanks for the explanation, even thought I dont agree with it. I find it is rather odd that we are the ones in cannon who own these ships but are being denied access to them by the customers who are suppose to being buying them from us. If you want to place restrictions on who can buy particular ships that is somthing we can debate. In RL govts can restrict what groups can buy what products but they dont take the products away from the people who make them and should be allowed to sell them within the law. This is a better model for the combine than the one currently being used. I understand you guys are doing what you think is best but as this is not in keeping with cannon I would at this point ask this be escalated to Veyn for review. Cheers and Thanks Eboda

Law	Eboda, as someone who went through it already months ago; just give it up. Canon is only an excuse used when something imbalancing is being implemented and they don't really have any other explanation. I went through the ships, and the canon references to Kuat/KDY independently controlling the Kuat system and having some rather powerful ship as its flagship. There's basically no way something that unbalancing would be implemented in this sort of circumstances.
