Like its sister moon Harpori A, it is a barren planetoid with no atmosphere, although the moon is composed of slightly heavier metals, giving it a gravitational pull almost a third of Harpori's. It has a fourteen-hour day and due to its higher orbital plane, Harpori B takes almost a week to spin around planet Harpori.

There are several cities on the moon’s surface, though they are mostly deep core mining operations attempting to extract the heavy metals from the core, though they are all closely watched by the Falleen Federation’s health authority so as to prevent accidental contamination of the planet below with any industrial waste.
