Shesharile IV is a tiny, rocky planet in the Shesharile system. It is freezing, completely devoid of atmosphere, and essentially a chunk of rock and ice floating in space. Most of its surface is covered in glacial patterns and tundra, though parts of it are comprised of dark, craggy rock-formations and cavernous craters. Beneath this coarse shell, an intricate honeycomb of caves spreads throughout the entire core of the planet. This network has only been partially explored, and several entirely new bat-like species have already been discovered. It is suspected that there are many such unknown lifeforms residing within the unexplored regions of the caves.

Among the craters of Shesharile IV, several outposts shelter the planet's inhabitants against the lack of atmosphere outside; these structures are the only evidence of civilization on the cruel planet's harsh surface. Rumour has it that they are occupied by the agents of a dark religious order, who have been prospecting the ice-planet and preparing for further industrial developments. In spite of its unpleasant climate, Shesharile IV has the potential to be a great source of minerals and metals for any who can endure the extremities long enough to mine them.
