Vizcarra III is a planet located in the Cegul sector, Vizcarra system. The other planets that are situated in the system are all classified as temperate or hot. Vizcarra III, however, has a frigid atmosphere that warms only as it meets a blistering volcanic surface.

There are three zones across the surface of Vizcarra III - a fertile equatorial region and two polar zones. The central region stands as a fortified fortress on the planet as it is surrounded by volcanoes, which protect it from the cold winds blowing from the poles. The insulated ecosystem supports life well-adapted to temperatures that are still far from temperate for most of the year. Volcanic activity in the region makes the soil there much richer, thus stimulating the growth of vegetation. The two polar zones, however, are almost uninhabitable because of the severe temperatures.

Vizcarra III is the home to the lost Arlian civilization that legend says left a hidden city of aurodium somewhere under the surface of the planet. Explorers visit frequently, but none have uncovered the city of lost fortunes. Many of those who have visited Vizcarra III believe that the city is located somewhere in the hazardous polar regions. There are also, however, two caves in the warmer equatorial region, which, according to legend, connect to a subterranean network of tunnels that lead directly to the hidden city.
