The Guardian Flight Helmet was designed by the Tresario Star Kingdom to be a versatile, multirole flight helmet that featured integration into the kingdom's primary starfighter, the Razor. The Guardian Flight Helmet continued the tradition of being more than simply a flight helmet and visor, functioning as a pressurized vacuum survival helmet in the event of an emergency or untimely ejection. No expense was spared in the selection of materials used to form the helmet. Alusteel, glazed with a thin veneer of nano ceramic crystals was chosen for its incredible strength, but also its reputation for being able to take blaster fire.

A heads up display with the starfighters condition, targeting computer, pilot vitals, and communication channels was a feature of fully integrating the Guardian Flight Helmet with the rest of the guardian equipment. In the event of an emergency, the helmet would slam the exterior blast visor closed, sealing the flight helmet against the vacuum of space and the possible resulting shrapnel of an ejection. Exterior mounted cameras provided a limited view to the heads up display after the blast visor was closed.
