Moon Sugar Runners are a slicer ring colloquially often referred to as the "Moon Sugar Thieves". The sticky fingered crew often focus on high profitability contract theft rather than traditional raiding and are often seen in association with Blackstar Raiders assisting in both removal of assets and slicing hard to access vaults. It is largely believed members of MST also make up numbers of Blackstar but this is only speculation.
