Hapan diplomatic sources released the news that Infinite Innovations, Inc. and the Hapes Consortium have secured a weapons research contract.

Lord Andrew Starfyre, the Hapan Minister of Foreign Affairs, was quoted as saying that "the contract is a business relationship that will greatly benefit both parties and boost the defensive security of Hapes even further."

Michael Townsend, leader of III, and Lord Starfyre later hosted a dinner event in honor of the new agreement.
