"Greetings servants of the Emperor,
I would like to make brief statement in response to recent claims of terrorist activity on Coruscant.
The claims from the Brotherhood of the Sand that a bomb has exploded in the centre of Coruscant are entirely false. As you can see from our camera footage there has been no disruption to the current festivities and all planned proceedings and celebrations will go ahead. Despite their delusions of grandeur, the Brotherhood of the Sand extend solely to the Dune Sea and therefore have no chance of even making it to the core regions. What they planned as publicity stunt has instead turned into a rather evident faux pas.
I will, in light of this situation, address a few points in relation to security on Coruscant for the coming days. As always Coruscant is a high-security zone but upon advice from the combined Security Council we have brought Coruscant to a Level 2 state of security. As the His Majesty the Emperor has stated this is a time for celebration and as such we are avoiding disrupting celebrations as much as possible and in reflection to this security should go unnoticed unless provoked.
All Special Forces underwent scenario training yesterday and have succeeded and exceeded their normal level of precision.
