Rebel Forces Conduct Joint Operations Against Sith Imperium
Hacked by: Josh Jericho, Rebel Alliance
Date: Year 22 Day 61 Location Unknown

Within a week after the Jedi Order declared war on the Sith Imperium, the Rebel community organized a multifaceted Joint Operations campaign throughout the Tolonda sector leveraging the DIME model (Diplomacy, Information, Military, and Economy) in their planning. The Jedi Order subsequently broadcast a public service announcement on all open channels within the Tolonda sector to warn the civil population of the emergent conflict.

Immediately upon declaration of war, Rebel commandos carried out Noncombatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) to rescue defectors and refugees from the clutches of the Sith Imperium. In a stunning display of overwhelming paranoia, lack of self-control, and unqualified leadership, Arthur Von Kaldreon quickly turned on his own. Without Rebel assistance, innocent bystanders would have been lost to the wicked whims of their, now mad, leader. Operating on extremely thin margins, the Rebels were able to rescue one worker who was a mere twenty minutes away from a grizzly demise.

The Triumvirate Coalition and Jedi Order deployed reconnaissance teams in a short time to the Tolonda Sector. After a full-spectrum sensor sweep, allied forces were able to enumerate the entirety of the Sith Imperium's meager fleet, analyze civil traffic, and monitor radio signals. Leveraging a highly-advanced and automated intelligence analysis system, the covert locations of deep space mining hubs and hidden military installations were quickly identified and marked for follow-on operations.

In one such operation, an independent operative within the Sith Imperium, sympathetic to the Rebel cause, was able to transfer cryptographic keys to the Blue Star Dominion. This allowed Dominion agents to conduct a sophisticated cyberattack that siphoned access codes from thousands of ships across the Sith fleet. This unconventional assault enabled Rebel forces to board and seize hundreds of vessels while compelling the surprised and fragmented Sith crews to surrender peacefully with minimal loss of life, though at least two BFF-1 Bulk Freighters were the victim of self-destruction by crews who refused to concede. There are additional, yet unconfirmed, reports from the Ottega system that an unmanned Mammoth-class Heavy Hauler was remotely destroyed when cyber operators managed to systematically exploit the ship’s fuel line.

Additionally, the Rebel fleet organized an ongoing incursion into Tolonda’s asteroid fields to strip mine valuable ores. Reports suggested that the Sith Imperium relied heavily on these deposits as a lucrative export and for manufacturing critical assets for their already-lacking military. New reports now indicate that their economic capabilities have been severely crippled, bringing even more pressure on their ability to develop their small fleet to project any sort of power beyond their capital system, Tamra. As such, the depots were mostly left undefended and the Imperium was left with watching, heavily outnumbered by the Rebel mining fleet.

Furthermore, Rebel leaders have issued a bounty for the live capture of Sith Imperium leaders valued at over three billion credits. This immediately resulted in additional mistrust and dissent throughout their organization. With the recent influx of new bounty hunters around the galaxy, the bounty posted on Sith leadership further constrained their operations as additional security precautions needed to be implemented to carry out the most basic of tasks.

With diminished numbers of personnel and their stock of even the most basic of building materials depleted, the Sith Imperium has been left crippled and is believed to be beyond recovery. The Sith-obsessed cult is expected to prove no threat to any organization beyond themselves - promoting paranoia and fear within their own ranks while attempting to murder anyone who seeks to leave. At the same time, the coalition of Rebel groups has shown that despite the actions that led to the New Republic’s downfall, their resolve and drive to rid the galaxy of those groups – groups that would look to terrorize the civilians unfortunate enough to live under their rule – stands firm in the face of tyranny.
