Planet: Aargau
Table of Contents [hide]

Aargau is a medium-sized planet with polar caps at the north and south. Below the northern polar cap is the Balfronic Sea which by all accounts contains many sea creatures. The central part of the planet running from the northern tip down to the southern polar cap is a green and plentiful land full of open grassland, forests, and deep foreboding jungle, which runs across the equator towards the Krilvar Desert. To the southwest of the planet is the second ocean, known as the Gortis Sea, about which very little is known. In the southern hemisphere is a small inland sea.

The planet is reported to be teeming with native animals although there is no sign as yet of previous civilizations, though extensive exploration may uncover this type of evidence in the future. The jungle areas have a multitude of plant types and animal life, as do the forests. The grassland areas contain rich soils perfect for cultivation, farmsteads, and the like.

The atmosphere is temperate and has three seasons. The winter season is the shortest season of them all, lasting only 3 standard months, although it snows quite heavily around the northern and southern polar regions, it is quite rarely seen near the equator. The summer season lasts for 5 months, building gradually from the winter to release the full potential of the planet. Finally, there is the rainy season, which comes between summer and winter. This time sees heavy rainfall throughout the jungle areas, though the rest of the planet has only mild rainfall in this period.

In all, it adds up to a typically pleasant climate with clean air and open spaces. Perfect for life there.
