This tiny ice planet is completely uninhabitable, and so little bother is given to trying to colonize or maintain outposts. A small droid detail guards the communications center on the planet, which is often used for testing new superweapons too large to conduct on inhabited planets. Huge craters dot the landscape as the result of these tests.
