Hi, I am trying to select my starting planet but it won't work. It says that my browser doesn't support iframes but, when I checked on google it says Internet Explorer 7 should.

What is wrong?

Sounds like your browser doesn't correctly support iFrames.

“Internet Explorer 7 ”


Seriously, if IE doesn't want to display iframes anymore, then the only thing you can do is to switch to a browser that does (we suggest Firefox).

If it doesn't work with the latest version of Firefox, then there's most likely something wrong with your settings. Do you by any chance have an ad-blocker or a firewall that might block all iframes?

Every once in a while on Firefox go to Help in the menu bar, scroll down and click Check for Updates... and download if there are any. You can also check your Account Settings and is tell you if you're using the latest version of your browser.
