Charles Slayden	I recently finished construction on a mine and I was under the impression from the rules page ( http://rules.swcombine.com/economy/economy/index.php?page=1 , under section 1.07, that mine construction is suppose to produce one worker NPC to go with it. I have scoured all over the building and could not find the NPC in the building and the inventory of the faction, as well as myself, doesn't have the NPC listed. Is the feature automatic? The mine is building ID: 259429 .

Syn	It has never functioned that way. Hopefully this will be corrected in the rules page revamp coming eventually. ____________
