Henk Kanjer	Quick question: As the ExGal representative responsible for Satellite production I wanted to know why the Information Factions don't have access to the X7 Factory Station datacard? An oversight perhaps? Thx. HK

Ralgarrch	I clicked post and then the back-up interupted. Though Kirit's already answered i'll retype mine. Because information factions aren't production factions, meaning they can't produce and don't get production facilities/stations. They have to use a production faction (presumably ship production however i'm not sure how it's programmed) to produce for them just like every other non-production faction has to do to use their datacards. Recycling factions are the exception because their considered to be making the ships by using parts from the wrecks they've collected, letting them produce in factories is the easiest way of representing this currently. ____________

Henk Kanjer	Ok Ralgarrch thx for the extra background - From a consistency perspective I just wanted to check that it was logical that we can build R&D stations but not Factory stations? i.e. we have the capabilities to develop new products but not the ability to produce them on a commercial basis. I wasn't particularly lobbying for anything just wanted to know if our dependency on the production factions factory facilities was intentional or an oversight.
