Ralgarrch	It's the prices on that page, next to Rarity Rate. Obviously multiplied depending on the amount used and then adding the prices of all the materials together. Should be about what the estimated raw material prices are on the facility rules pages. I think anyway, I don't tend to pay the utmost attention to construction costs. i.e Toilet needs 10 units of meleenium and 5 of duracrete. If meleenium = 1 credit per unit on the mining page : 101 = 10 credits Duracrete = 3 credit per unit on the mining page : 35= 15 credits Raw material price for construction equation: 10+15 = 25 credits.
