Guest/Visitor	first of all, YES i have read the rules, faqs, forums, you name it. I tryed to join and ass you guessed, free email, cant join. my email adress is "mattias.dammstrom@spray.se" and "spray.se" is my ISP, wich means that i PAID for that email. but they also give out free emails to anyone who wants. I dont have a school, work, own domain or any other email-account. so i feel a bit cheeted here. dont you want new members? last but not least... I wish to join My PAID Email is the only one i got Help me join! /Mattias Dammstr?m, Sweden.

Hal Breden	In the case of e-mails that can be paid, but can also be free, they're usually disallowed. However, if they can confirm it as your ISP (which is usually not too hard, I believe) then an exception should be made. But then I'm not in charge.
