My son tried to join and was declined because his email addy was from a private domain.... you require private domain addys to be admin addys. That's not possible in our case. I'm the owner of the domain and I have "admin" set up for domain purposes only. This is a private family domain where we have our family blogs set up and photo storage for family use only. What do I need to do to get him set up with a proper email addy for joining your site?
Any help in this matter would be great!

We require the admin/webmaster/info or other similar e-mail address for the domain name to ensure that the person registering is the legitimate owner. If this is not an option, internet service provider e-mail accounts are also accepted, as are school, work, or other non-free e-mail accounts.
Bear in mind that the registration e-mail address is only needed to retrieve the original password - after that a free e-mail address can be entered in Account Settings, which will subsequently be used for any password retrieval or contact purposes.
