Malakar Knossos	Yup, you heal up naturally over time. There is also a healer NPC described in the rules, but I have neither seen one around nor being sold in the market, so I figure they haven't been implemented yet. Of course that leads to another question since were on the topic. Does healing happen at the same rate for everyone? Hal Breden	I believe natural healing does occur at the same rate for everyone. And at the moment I think that rate is somewhere around 1hp per hour. As for healer NPCs, they do indeed exist - I own one myself. There were a few being auctioned off a while back, but I haven't seen any in a while.
