Year 8 Day 62 12:38	Why the hell am I getting pop-ups?!?
Hal Breden	It started last night, and it's been continuing again today, while browsing the forums. It's some stupid banner about some kid's picture and picking which singer it is, from ticketmaster I think it is. It seems to load when I move away from the page that generates it, so I haven't been able to check if it's the same banner causing it. It's also managing to somehow get past Firefox's pop-up blocker, some of the time. The banner that's causing this needs to be found, removed, and a complaint filed with whoever has been putting it on the rotation. ____________ "May the Grace of Ara go with you, and His Vengeance be wrought upon your enemies." Coleman Rendar	ive gotten afew in the last few days, popup blocker blocked em i thought i just accidentally clicked on those adds at the top with my mouse wheel as i scroll up and down ____________

Syn	I recall when that banner came up, Firefox blocked the pop-up for me. If it didn't do so the first time it would explain why I had a single pop-up the other day, or there might be another banner floating around as well. ____________

Togan Jano	Since I have my ad-blocker on, I don't get all ads, but I suppose that they load a javascript inside an iframe that opens the popup either when loading their ad or when going to another page. ____________
