I recently made a donation to support the Combine (maybe 2 or 3 hours ago), and it hasn't registered the points to my account yet. About how long does a donation take to register in the system?

All CPs for donations are entered manually by Veynom, so it usually takes a number of days--up to a week is not uncommon. Past that, you might want to send him an email.
