After failing to log a handful of times with what I'm sure was the correct password, I clicked the "lost password" link. It told me the reset of the password of the password was successful, but I never recieved the email.
Not much we can do with just your information, other than suggest that you check your spam folders and ensure the e-mail isn't being blocked. Hotmail is also known for being slow in receiving SWC e-mails, so you may just need to give it some time.
Otherwise all we can do is change your e-mail address for you if you provide a new one.
Please e-mail that request to email@example.com from the e-mail address currently associated with your account to confirm your identity, or post from the same connection as you posted the original request from since you are displaying from a different IP address.
... dam. There is no IP address currently associated with my account. I'm on a library computer in Victoria at the moment, and on Monday I'll be back on a work computer in New South Wales. I've got no net on at home, so I'm a bit of a nomad.
