Ok so now the item inventory has been introduced. But I have the question of how do I get ownership of my items? I tried dropping an item then picking it up but that didnt change anything.

Changing ownership is possible only by making over an item, similar to vehicles/ships.

A script will eventually be run that should give you ownership of whatever items you are carrying.

The ship has been run already. I got my items, maybe you are bugged... Or your items weren't in a container owned by you.

all my items are either equipped or are in another item that is equipped, is there anything that can be done or am i stuck.

I have the same problem! My backpack was given to me but my flight suite and helmet where not. i am wearing both of them.

The script has not run as it isn't finished yet. There are issues about causing too much server load at the moment so need to work those out first before I can finish it.
