Syn	Unless you're very creative and can think of something unconventional, you can't get a job without a faction - definitely not a well-paid one. The game is designed around factions; that is intentional. Speeder rental NPCs can be found in each starting city, so you just need to wander around and talk to one when you find it. They are all obviously named. There still won't be very much for you to do until you join a faction and they give you a ship to use, though. ____________

Hal Breden	I'm also pretty sure that Corellia just got a NPC starport that you could use, too. Although that would pretty much just take you to another homeworld somewhere, which isn't much good unless you have access to a ship, there. And btw, if your faction is leaving you stranded until you complete training, in my opinion they suck. It's really not hard to pick someone up and give them a crappy ship to putter around in so they don't get bored! ____________ "May the Grace of Ara go with you, and His Vengeance be wrought upon your enemies." Romolus Lupine	Yeah but everyone in the Galactic Empire has been really cool with helping me out with just starting on Combine, maybe its just policy to wait till I've finished training so they know I wont bail or something.. but apparently the training goes really quickly if your tutor is online enough. yes I'm on Corellia, could you tell me where this NPC place is, because I'm getting sick of this boring place called Corellia. Do you know the town name or the grid numbers? I'm currently at Tyrena(7,5) on Corellia after traveling for two days from Saigetopia(7,6) If you can, please get back to me quickly because I'm leaving for Imperial Citadel 106 at grid 8,5 and while Im travelling I dont usually come on Combine. Hal Breden	I'm not sure where it is. I just saw it on the list of newly added ones with the last weekly update on the SimNews. I suppose the GE is one of (if not the) largest factions in the game, so have more involved procedures for new recruits, but still... just leaving someone walking around on the surface is asking for them to quit.
