Well, to the best of my knowledge, I'm not FS.

Year 8 Day 205, 14:47 Your Force Meter has been adjusted from 0 to -1.

I got that after trying to arrest myself. I'm pretty sure I shouldn't see it. I'd bugbase, but I have trouble with my account, and I'm leaving now, so there you have it, if anyone needs it.

Everyone has and can affect their force meter, it just doesn't have any effect unless you are FS.

It may just be setting a death warrant that gives you the meter decrease; I know for certain nothing happens if you only use an arrest warrant and attempt to arrest yourself.

You aren't able to actually arrest yourself, but you do have the option to click "arrest" (since you are always at your own location). It displays something like "Done." and then a few lines lower, "You may not arrest yourself."
