hi, i receieved an email stating that my applicaation got rejected because several handles were applied on the same ip. thought this is correct i have an explanation that i hope will correct the problem and allow my acceptance. the handle detri kaos is the one i want to use because when i first registered i ended my email address with .com before i realized it ended with .net

so the error was simple as that and not an attempt to have multiple accounts. you can check both and will see the differance.

We automatically decline both accounts, someone manually does it. Once an account is decline, there is no record of it (other than recording names that were not accepted)

So in conclusion, just re-apply with the correct email address and character name.

Yes, accounts are manually reviewed and as such how quickly you are able to receive a response simply depends on how often someone has time. Please be patient and you will receive a response via e-mail just as before.

I don't understand why did You declined my application.
I'll try to explain the situation from my side and please explain me why I
can't play.
You've said that I have infringe Your multi - account rules. I've being
informed about this game from my husband who play on SW Combine as Cain Kartan.
He is playing couple of time, and lately I've decided to play it too.
He told me about rules of multi - accounts so before I've sent my application
he sent a letter to Syn and informed she that I want to start playing.
We have local net (internet is on radio's lines) so we can't know how many people have the
same IP number. We (I and my husband) have one computer with the same IP number
so it's impossible to play from two differnet computers.
I know that if I will played i must join to the same faction as he, to not be
accused of spying. I don't want to play from another computer because my
decision about joinig was made after long ours of stories which my husband told
me about the game.
I realy wanted to play in this game so please take my application to second
examining.

Please open a new thread for your problems instead of posting in someone else's.

Be sure you are entering the handle of your desired registered multi in the correct field on the join form to let whoever is approving your account know. Sending me an e-mail is unnecessary throughout the process.
