Both my brothers signed up for SWC last night with the handles:
Todo Baggypants
Shang Wong

They both got an E-Mail saying:
"This IP has tried to apply with several handles at once. All requests are declined as we can not know which one is correct. Please apply again with only one request and be patient."

They both were correct so I dont know what the problem was.
What went wrong?

The problem was the one listed in the rejection message - they both tried to apply at once.

Have one of them apply, with your handle listed as the multi (I'm assuming they're sharing a connection with you, here), and then when that gets accepted, have the other one apply, with your handle and the first one's handle in the multi listing.

Ok, I signed up just Todo Baggypants and he got an E-Mail saying:

"The SW Combine Administration has declined your membership application providing the following reason :

Your handle does not match out current rules requirements. It was turned down because of the presence of a restricted name or adjective, such as "Lord", "Count" or "Darth", or an existing Star Wars character name was chosen such as "Luke Skywalker" or "Han Solo". Please refer to the Character Creation rules page located at http://rules.swcombine.com/?Character_Creation for more information."

What's wrong with this name?

You shouldn't be registering other accounts in the first place. If other individuals want accounts they need to register them themselves. Accessing another account is grounds for banning, and as you can probably see from the Sim News, this is tracked with great vigor.
