Guest/Visitor	My handle is Rhodan Flaka and I'm having lots of difficulties logging in. Every time I try to login I get redirected to the login page. I've followed all of the steps including installing Firefox which for some reason won't load on my computer, even after several minutes. I've had my password reset and it's been several hours and I still haven't recieved the email containing the new password. Any help would be appreciated.

Phryss	I've just reset your password (again). Check any spam folders or filters at your captian_kirk_1701@msn.com account. If you cannot receive mail from swc, the only thing we can do is change your email and try again. Once we get past the mail issue, the login problems need looking at by an admin. ____________ *I dare you to make less sense.* Are you a newbie, or do you have access to newbies?

Guest/Visitor	Well I've tried all the above steps again, reinstalled FireFox and nothing has worked. I'm stumped.
