Ralgarrch	One of the main functions of R&D is intended to be to give factions access to datacards in order to compete more effectively. It will be possible for factions with no datacards to be able to research complete datacards as far as I currently understand it. Presumably they'll have to start from some generic point of crappy designs whereas those with datacards will be able to move on from those points or something but you'll have to wait and see on that. Of course all things are subject to change. ____________
