I may be asking something that has already been asked a thousand times (if so, i apologize), but is there a particular reason why most, or at least a lot of the NPC starport cities are called Korunaan City?
Imo, it kills the RP. If there's a lack of information about canon city names, i still would prefer having different made up names than just the same name for all of them. I'm only speaking for myself though.

Hmmm Personally I do not think that It kills RP in the game.(Or even wounds it). In Poland there are about 100 villages called Nowa WieÅ›. Therefore It's nothing uncommon to have more than one city with same name.
It's ok to have cities called the same in one country, heck, even one planet, but have multiple cities with the same names in different planets, which also happen to be home worlds, of races who speak vastly different languages, is kind of far fetched.
What is more, the cities with the starport tend to be the most important cities in the planet, because of traffic (of course there are exceptions).
Maybe it could work if all these cities were in planets under the control of the same authority, but that's not realistic in the combine.
Your question has been answered to the point of *why* it happens. If you'd like to help resolve the situation, rather than simply complaining, I'm sure the Galaxy team would be glad to take suggestions for new (preferably canon) names in the Galaxy Suggestions forum.
