i recently agreed to purchase stocks on the galactic market from someone; but the next day i saw he was banned for multi accounts....what happens now???

Well, since the galactic market isn't an official part of SWC, i'd say contact their moderators. You can always try to contact the seller through other means and finish the deal this way, but since he was banned from the GM, i doubt he's very trustworthy.
