Wilhelm von Ismay	Firefox is an internet browser. Windows is an Operating System. There's a difference. I'm guessing you're using Internet Explorer. If that's the reason you can't log in, your PW can be reset a billion times and it still won't let you in. It's a glitch with IE. I strongly suggest getting a new browser.
