General questions:

1. Were you, as manager, active at the time FI ran (ie beginning of the month)?

2. Was your facilities operator active (as above)?

3. Is the facility set to open to all?

and silliest question of all: 4. Is the facility of a type that actually gives income?

Well, that might be the reason for you not receiving income. Facilities with an inactive operator do not earn income.

No you wont. Because you are still manager and not being active you would receive nothing.

You could always consider assigning somebody else manager, such as your faction.
