A couple days ago I donated thru Paypal. The CPs did not come thru automatically. I also DM'd Veynom about this but have not heard anything yet. Is there something else I should do, or is this being handled manually again so I should wait a while longer?

If you did not receive the CPs and already contacted Veynom, then he will be handling it manually. Nobody else can help you with that unfortunately, so you will just need to wait for him to respond and help you out.
