I understand setting a script to log in and automatically control your character would be cheating. But is setting a script so that as soon as I go to www.swcombine.com, it automatically logs me in so I can manually control my character? It would be the same as checking a "remember me" box such as seen on other websites.

Irrelevant. An auto-login isn't cheating and everyone knows this. I use one all the time. I don't see a question here but I'm assuming your asking if an auto-login is allowed. It is.
