::Forum - name and password not working

Year 9 Day 242 18:20	name and password not working
Guest/Visitor	i received my E-mail with my name and password but when I try to log in I get an error message that says "You have entered either the handle or password incorrectly. Please log in again." I have entered the password correctly and tried multiple times to log in. I'm relatively sure I'm typing everything correctly but I am still not allowed to log on my Handle is Hawkeye Dietri and I joined on July 30th around 1:00 am

Syn	There is no bug with this. If you receive that message, then you are indeed entering either your handle or your password incorrectly. Remember that your password is case sensitive, and if you are pasting it, don't include any stray spaces before or after it. ____________

Guest/Visitor	I know for sure I'm entering the password correctly, but I'm not so sure about the Handle. do I leave spaces and capital letters or not?
