i was trying to register and i swear this is my first time playing and it said that i wasnt allowd cuz of the possibility of me being a multi, i dont believe that anyone has used my IP but i dunno. If u could plz explain why it would say such things i would appreciate it thnx

It is always possible that your ISP assigns you an IP that was used by someone else to log in before (since ISPs usually don't have enough IPs to assign a permanent one to each of their customers).
Also, if you're sharing your computer or internet connection with someone else who's playing the game, you'll have to provide his/her handle and register as a multi-account.
If that's not the case, you could just try and sign up again.
