How can I know in what planet is my item? I know the facility and the sector, but no the planet...

It would be in your inventory, on the right-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down until you see "Inventory New", click it, it should be there.
If it's not there, then it's not your item.

You'd have to find out who owns the facility, and ask them for the location.
