How much RM's can I fit inside a Silo, Hangar, Landing pad, Warehouse, etc. There is no weight limit just a volume limit...is it safe to assume then that once you reach the volume limit that's it, there is no weight limit?

Yes. It's assumed that the planet can support far more than you can pack inside a facility.
