im piloting a ship of my friend's and i cant add vehicles to it (its a 1300). When I try to do it, I click on the 'Add' button and it just refreshes the page, or thats what it look slike its doing. do i have to own the ship instead of just being the pilot or what?

hmm you're no longer piloting a ship and the ship you're on is travelling. Can't do much about it unless you're in a situation where I can login as you and reproduce the error. Bump this topic when you're back in such a situation please.

Vehicle must be at your location, then they appear on a menu with an "add" button beside them. Because you were in sublight at the time, there were obviously no vehicles at your location.
