I've noticed that the cockpit page now spreads across the entire page, is it supposed to be doing that, or is it a bug? I find it highly annoying and at first thought it was just my computer.

It's a feature, as you can change the size on the stats part on the right and the scanner part on the left. Simply drag the bar between those two.
