If I understand a good trade skill means more money is made from a facility if you are operator.

1. Does this mean a trader could allow others to set them as operator for their facilities to make use of their high trade skill?

2. Is it within rules to be operator of anothers building to increase income?

3. If a trader offers to be an operator, can they then forget about the buildings they operate or do they need to inform owner how much income is made each month?

4. What would be considered high trade skill, 3, 4, 5 etc.?
