Can anyone give me a estimated time of constructing the following facilities and Space Stations with 10 builders or the average time. I can then list them here for future reference and for others looking for the same info:

1. Personal Residence: 1 Day
2. Power Generator: 3 Days
3. Tavern: 1.5 Days
4. Hotel: 1.5 Days
5. Office: 1.5 Days
6. Space Colony 1
7. Space Colony 2
8. LSPC
9. SY1

I think most people use 10 builders per facility and 25 builders per station. The times depend greatly on what your leadership skill is.

For 10 builders and a leadership of 5

1. PR = 1 day
2. PG = 3 days
3. Tavern = 1.5 days
4. Hotel = 1.5 days
5. Office = 1.5 days

These are rought estimates based off what I can do

As for the shipyards ????

you could always go thru the build process yourself (even if you don't fully complete it). The server gives you average times for the build, using x npcs.
