While attempting to use the NPC transport to travel to our homeworld, one of my faction's cadets recieved this message.

"I'm afraid we don't handle the interstellar transport logistics from this office, you'd have to contact one of the many transport companies about that."

What causes that message?

If I am not mistaken that message is generated when talking to an off-planet transport NPC. Your cadet would need to enter an actual Starport docking bay to travel to your faction HQ.
